标题:photoluminescence properties and device application of cspb2br5 quantum dots in glasses abstact:herein, cspb2br5 quantum dots (qds) in glasses under various durations of heat-treatment at 420 °c was investigated. photoluminescence (pl) spectra of cspb2br5 qds were tuned from 499 to 506 nm and the decay time show a increasing for the structure defect and electron-hole consist in cspb2br5 qds glasses. the cspb2br5 glass showed an thermal stability with about 85% emission loss when elevating temperature from 298 k to 433 k. moreover, the warm white light emitting diode (wled) was realized through incorporating caalsin3:eu2 red phosphor with cspb2br5 qds doped borosilicate glasses on an ingan blue chip. finally, we achieved a luminous efficacy of 42.7 lm/w, cct of 3915 k and cri of 68.5 under 20 ma current driving..
